Beside my day job as a waitress I’m also a part-time dancer, so I’m on my feet all day. I try to practise yoga when I get the time, but can you recommend any exercises to help strengthen the muscles in my feet.
You can try practising this variation on Ukatasana (Chair pose), but you have to have a good sense of balance to master this asana – although as a dancer I’m sure you’ve got great balance! If you are good at performing Vruk-shasana (Tree pose), then you’ll enjoy this exercise.
