And I’m a yoga instructor I’m going to show you some easy AUSA’s you can do to open up the shoulder is bringing them back allow the neck to lengthen and relax and let all that uncomfortability just ease away interlock the fingers and take them behind the head keep the spine nice and straight and slowly begin to gently guide the head down bringing the chin towards the chest.

And then closing the elbows bringing them towards each other you’ll begin to feel a nice stretch on the back of the neck. And then to release the stretch inhale open up the head to the sky elbows out to the side take a deep breath in and as you exhale roll the head down inhale get more of a stretch by bringing the chin closer towards the chest elbows closer together and slowly release you can do that maybe three to five times taking a breath in as you open up.
