Warrior Goddess Yoga Pose
This goddess Yoga Pose is fierce and fiery and will make you feel the burn. It opens the hips and strengthens the thighs and buttocks. Be mindful of your knees in this Yoga Pose always make sure they are directly over your ankles, not in front of your ankles.

1 Come to the center of your mat and step or hop your feet wide out to the sides. Turn your toes out and inhale your arms up above your head. As you exhale, bend your knees over your ankles and lift your arms into a cactus shape, with your elbows in line with your shoulders and your forearms vertical to the ground (A).
2 Elongate your tailbone toward the ground and lift up through your navel as you continue to sink down.
3 Draw your thighbones in toward your hips as your knees reach outward. Stay here for 5 breaths.
4 On the last breath, hook your right arm under the left into the upper half of the Eagle Yoga Pose Pose and exhale a Lion’s Breath three times. Lion’s Breath is a purifying breath: Inhale through your nose and exhale powerfully through your mouth as you stick out your tongue and even roar (B).
5 Inhale your arms up, straighten your legs, and hop your feet together into Mountain Yoga Pose Pose.
