CRANBERRY CHUTNEY (serves 4)

INGREDIENTS
• 3-4 oranges chopped
• 4 cups Cranberries
• 1 1/2 cups sugar (I usually cut it down)
• 1 cup chopped apples
• 1/2 cup raisins
• 1/2 cup orange juice
• 1/4 cup walnuts chopped
• 1 Tbsp vinegar
• 1/2 tsp ginger
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon METHOD
Combine all the ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer until cranberries pop I like to make this recipe the day ahead. It seems to taste better after a day or two.
Serve with biscuits, lentil loaf, noodles, veggies -whatever you wish!
