Childs pose
After performing a series of opening postures it is a good idea to spend a moment resting in Child’s pose. Doing so will help to contain the energy and maintain physical and emotional balance. This also ensures that you do not leave the practice in a vulnerable state.
From Camel lower the hips onto the heels, relax the upper body forwards and rest the forehead onto the ground. Relax the arms alongside your legs.
In Child s pose notice the energy of your heart centre and focus on containing the energy so that you can utilise it when required.
