Gymnasts?

No, you will NOT maintain the body of a little kid.

You’re not supposed to!

Who knows what size you’ll naturally be once you go through your growth spurt? You are not a pixieyou’re a person, a young woman athlete.

There are lots of sports that demand strength, flexibility, concentration, and balance and honor (and value) our naturally beautiful wide range of body types.

Is having the “perfect” ballerina’s body just getting to be too much for you to stand? If so, tell your parent, teacher, or coach.
