C.E. 300 B.C.E. philosophical traditions had evolved long before, as proven by the discovery of the Indus Valley civilization, a highly developed culture existing at least two thousand years earlier than the Aryans. Sucirandhrasana Pose Yoga The findings of these excavations in the first half of the twentieth century indicate the pre-Aryan beginnings of worship of Shiva and also of the Mother Goddess, which leads to the current view that Hinduism probably originated in India, intersecting with Aryan culture through creating the Vedas and Vedanta. Among the artwork that was found were intricate carvings of Shiva sitting in mulabandhasana,Sucirandhrasana Pose Yoga one of the most demanding yoga postures, which depicts Yogic mastery.
